I start the day by checking my e-mail and if I don’t have urgent tasks to do, I follow my weekly plan. Every day I talk briefly with the team to get to know the status of the projects. What are your interests outside of work?
The same as at work – I am reaching the highest goals which means I am hiking in the highest Polish mountains Tatry. Long hiking trips help me to charge the batteries and come back to work with good energy.
How and when did you start working in Solarpro?
I started working at Solarpro back in 2019, this was the company that allowed me to enter the renewable energy market. For a while I left and worked for a leading investor on the Polish renewable energy market, where I managed to gain valuable experience.
