Last month two in-house project management trainings took place – one in Varna, one in Sofia, Bulgaria. Solarpro’s Technical Director PV Technologies Veselin Aleksandrov together with CEO Krasen Mateev discussed topics and examples including the entire project life cycle – from inception to completion. The training focused on key processes and techniques for managing and monitoring PV projects for their successful implementation.

The open format of the trainings allowed for the participants to discuss and identify ways to improve internal processes and relationships between teams, to get a clearer picture of the scope of work of the company as a whole and the responsibilities of individual employees.
