This September, Solarpro Academy, in partnership with leading training provider Renewables Academy (RENAC), organized two intensive professional training programs for our teams:

Operation & Maintenance Training – Sofia, Bulgaria | 9–12 September 2025
The first training, held in Sofia, focused on advancing the skills of our O&M team. Participants enhanced their capabilities in optimizing photovoltaic (PV) plant performance and maximizing asset value. The program covered state-of-the-art O&M practices, including drone thermography, data-driven diagnostics, and smart maintenance scheduling, equipping our professionals with the latest tools and methodologies in solar plant management.

PV Design & Engineering Training – Ahmedabad, India | 15–19 September 2025
The second training was held at our India Engineering Hub, where Solarpro engineers deepened their expertise across the entire solar project lifecycle. The training focused on modern PV technologies such as TOPCon and HJT, inverter sizing, grounding design, and compliance with IEC 62548 standards, ensuring our projects meet the highest international standards.

The learning journey continues: a BESS-focused training session is coming next, further expanding our teams’ skills across the full spectrum of solar and storage solutions.
