At Solarpro, we believe that continuous learning is key to successful project delivery.

Between June and September, our Project Management teams from Bulgaria and abroad, together with colleagues from Bidding & Contracting, Legal, Tax and Compliance, and ESG, completed an in-depth FIDIC training conducted by Dr. Eng. Adriana Spassova, FIDIC Accredited Adjudicator and Trainer.

The training focused on the FIDIC Silver Book 2017, following the framework of the World Bank Standard Procurement Documents for EPC/Turnkey projects. It also incorporated key recommendations from the IFC “Utility-Scale Solar Photovoltaic Power Plants” Project Developer’s Guide, directly relevant to Solarpro’s EPC activities in the renewable energy sector.

Throughout the sessions, participants explored essential topics such as:

• FIDIC contract provisions: Time, Variations & Payments; Termination, Risks, Indemnities & Insurance
• World Bank ESG and SEA/SH compliance requirements
• Practical procedures for effective contract management, aiming for minimum claims and zero disputes

This comprehensive program enhanced our teams’ understanding of international best practices in contract management and project execution — a cornerstone of Solarpro’s commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant, and efficient energy projects.
