Translog is a 23 MWp DC capacity PV plant situated in the North-western part of Hungary. The terrain upon which the plant is constructed was previously the site of a factory manufacturing aluminum materials. The construction site consists of two zones – the bigger one is the usual green field area, and the smaller is on the top of a waste storage hill. The latter presented a sizable challenge because it needed to be covered with soil and additionally take extra caution in the execution of the drainage system, but with the right site preparation and earth works the conversion of the hill was successful.
This was the first project where we utilized bifacial PV modules from JA Solar and with that increased the expected production with 10% more. Congratulations to the whole team for the well-executed work and thank you to our clients for entrusting us with the responsibility of carrying out this project!
