Solarpro signs contract for 50 MW PV plant in North Macedonia

We’re proud to share that last week the contract for the construction of the 50 MW PV power plant Solarpro will build in the old mine of Oslomej, North Macedonia was officially signed in Skopje in the presence of the country’s Prime Minister Zoran Zaev. The project is a part of a public-private partnership (PPP) between Solarpro and the state-owned electricity company ESM.

“We are very proud that we managed to win the tender for the execution of this project and we will do everything we can in order to implement the best technological solution for sustainable partnership. We already actively work for project design and for creating a plan to employ the workers we commit to ESM and our ambition is to initiate construction as quickly as possible.” said Mr. Konstantin Nenov, CEO of Solarpro Holding. “We sincerely hope together with ESM and our colleagues from Fortis Energy to be successful in these projects, we are confident in the bright solar future of the energy sector of Republic of North Macedonia” added Mr. Nenov.
